Yes, "The Great Lost Kinks Album" does exist.  It came out in '73 (Reprise
MS2127) and consisted mostly of out-takes and uncollected B-sides.  I don't
have a copy, unfortunately, but I'd suggest checking used record stores -
or taking out a "Wanted" ad in Goldmine magazine.
