The first volume was published 11 years ago.  Last year when I was
in Vienna I inquired at a bookstore about the second volume and was
told that it should have been out for Christmas.  It didn't happen.

Is Henry going to spend 15 years on this volume also?  That would
put the publication date at 1988.  I can wait but I'd just like to
know whether anyone's heard anything.
