Okay, if you haven't received the first part of this test, there
are a few possibilities:

a) You are not in the United States, in which case you have nothing
to worry about.  (and you shouldn't be reading this article :-)

b) You are in the United States and you don't have the field 'usa' in
you sys file, in which case you should add it.

c) You are in the US and the site that feeds you doesn't send you the
'usa' dist. list.

d) You are in the US and are running archaic news software that can't
handle the Distribution: field.

e) I haven't the faintest idea.


Hmmm, I'm not sure how many American sites there are, so I am hesitant
to say this BUT, if you didn't receive the first part of this test,
and you are in the US, then send me some mail saying so.  Please list
your news feeds, so we can track down any problems.  I know
this hasn't been done before, but someone HAS to start.  (I wonder
when 2.11 will be out????)
