[whatever happened to the giant Space Grapes?]

	In my opinion:

	    Up until, say, 1970, English, American, Australian & Canadian
	were drifting further apart.  I think that since then they have
	been drifting further together again (because of increased
	electronic communication between the countries).
	    I know from experience that accents are dying out
	in the USA (slooooowly), and everyone is picking up the
	Southern California accent.  Why?  'Cause that's where the
	TV shows come from.
