Co., Everett, WA Lines: 13 I have just finished building a piece of furniture that is made of rock maple. "She who must be obeyed" as deemed that I should stain it darker. Not a nice honey colored tint, but as dark as I can get it. The term "rock" maple is an appropriate one, I've seen granite with better penetrating ability.
