	A very good lady friend of mine has one of these things on her VW.
So I asked her: "Just where da ____ did ja get that anywho?".

So SHE says: "Well, there was this radio station in California that would
	      give you money if they saw you driving around with the sticker
	      and you heard your license number on the air."

So, of course, she got one.
