Ted Goldstein has kindly pointed out that the sources
as distributed have an omission error in "hoc.y".

The fourth line (#define code3...) should be
appended by the following text:
	; code (c3)

In addition, I seem to be receiving many messages with no
bodies.  All of them are coming thru seismo.
Perhaps somebody knows why these messages have no bodies ?
