No, No, NO.  'Mirror, Mirror' only proves that vulcan-human halfbreeds
can grow beards. The necessary genes could come form the human side only.
Considering the bio-engeering necessary to have a vulcan-human halfbreed
in the first place is would be possible to select for beards if the parents
wished (why Sarek would want Spock to have a beard is beyond me).  It is
still possible that vulcan don't grow beards.   Besides, not having beards
doesn't mean there is no facial hair, maybe it is just very fine.  Have you
looked at your {girl-friends, sisters, mothers, pick one} chin closely.
