Pope If that's the episode that I'm thinking of, there were a *lot* more in-jokes than that one coming from the paging system. The ones I can remember off-hand were were references to Arrakis (DUNE), Altair-4 (FORBIDDEN PLANET), and my favorite was: "Will arriving passenger Dr. Adam Strange from Alpha Centauri please report to the " (Adam Strange was the character from DC's MYSTERY IN SPACE comic. He was an Earthman who journeyed to Rann, a planet circling Alpha Centauri, via teleporta- tion beam.) The scriptwriter for that episode was sf author Alan Brennert. --- jayembee (Jerry Boyajian, DEC Maynard, MA) UUCP: {decvax|ihnp4|allegra|ucbvax|...}!decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-akov68!boyajian ARPA: boyajian%akov68.DEC@DECWRL.ARPA
