While the idea is interesting, it simply would not work. The Dr.
Who universe and the Star Trek Universe are so totally different
that the problems would be insurmountable. Any way, I don't think
that the Dr. and Spock would get along at all since Spock is the
essence of logic and the Dr. is (at least apparently) rather chaotic
at times.
