I think the confusion stems from the nature of the English language.
Probably the quote goes something like this:
Tony: What's your sister's name?
Jeanie: Oh, she's Jeanie, too.

Thus her name is Jeanie, also, not Jeanie, two.

(Remember when the Beverly Hillbillies became Irish?  Same sort of thing.)
