I have been hearing more and more about this Dr. Who character. Who is he?
I've seen it listed in my tv guide and I keep hearing about Dr. Who conventions.How have I missed this show all this time? Is it that good? Somebody, let
me know about this show, the premises, the characters, the kind of stories
it has, etc.
