It seems to pause for periods of several seconds. It also occasionally won't print the tail of it's output after a close until the next open. The system is never very loaded, and lpf >/dev/lp0 uses 15-20% cpu. The major significant changes I can see from the V7 driver is the code to disable interrupts at certain points, and the timeout stuff. Does anyone know the cause of this problem and a fix?
