the only book i have seen that actually describes the use
of LEX and YACC specifically is:

   "Principles of Compiler Design"
       by Alfred V. Aho & Jeffrey D. Ullman
       published by Addison-Wesley Publishing Company

       ISBN#: 0-201-00022-9  (hard to tell)

anyone know of any others?
