I have had the pleasure of looking over / debugging both the
code that Mr. Minow has kindly submitted to the DECUS Program
Library and at utilities of the same name that run under UNIX.
I should add that the programming style in the DECUS utilities
is notably superior the the UNIX code of the same name.
