I was just recently asked to participate in a panel  discus-
sion on UNIX.  I was told that I would be given a free diner
and $50 for participating.  The person who asked  me  seemed
to  need  someone to fill the slot. She did not seem to want
me in particular.  She wanted someone in management who  had
purchased  or  would  purchase  UNIX related equipment.  The
name of  the firm was  Nichols  Research.   Has  anyone  out
there participiated in one of their panels?  Does anyone out
there know anything about this firm?
