I am looking for one or two women to share a 3BR CONDO located in Amherst,
MA, just two blocks from the free bus to UMASS.  This is a three year old
unit (one of four) with nice land and bright rooms.  The rooms are furnished
and the rental will include kitchen and laundry priviledges.
The cost is $235/mo plus one third of the utilities (gas heat/hot water) and
one third of the condo fee (<$25, currently).

A 9 month or 12 month (12th month free) rental agreement is available for
students.  Non-smokers preferred.
