Login(1) has been modified to look at /etc/motb as well as /etc/motd
for a message-of-the-day, and the backup software has been modified
to use /etc/motb for automatic warnings about monthly backups.  I've
forgotten to do the warnings manually several times, and I've been
meaning to automate them for some time.
