If they stop EVERYBODY, it is perfectly legal. Even if they only stop EVERY red chevy, or EVERY blue Buick, it was ruled legal. The key is, are they doing it fairly and consistantly. I haven't heard of any problems since they went to the new rules about 71. Here in Texas, local cops routinely stop EVERY car on local streets for license and insurance checks. mikey at trsvax
