Lines: 13 RE: Recent article on roadblocks on Indiana Roads I remeber having read a U.S. Supreme Court decision ( way back around 1970 - when I had a mild interest in law) that said roadblocks were not illegal search so long as every car was stopped or something to that effect. I remember the dissenting opinion in that case which siad that the court was treating the drivers as sheep who wont be scared when stopped in groups but would be when stopped alone! However that case I think did not deal with drunken driving but with some other aspect of motorvehicle safety.
