Seems to me those laws were thrown out in court. Does my memory serve me correctly and if so could someone try to explain the philisophical difference between the seatbelt laws of today vs. the helmet laws of yesterday. Thanks, Dave K. By the way, I use my seatbelt all the time and have for the last 4 years. I support the law as I supported the helmet law on the grounds of who pays to take care of the people turned veggies by accidents.
