Out here they're very useful. Most all shoe manufacturers make them - Rivat and Sidi to name two, and there are many companies that make just rain gear, such as Hurley, that make booties, booties with chaps, etc. Prices are around $20 retail, cheaper at mail order - but try a pair on first. One manufacturer's size 43 may not be another's.
