Lines: 17 A question on this: the freewheel. I assume that when you first paraffin your chain you must also clean the freewheel. My question is -- Will a generous amount of 'Blue Shower'ing fix it up or do I need to actually remove it and clean with kerosene? Also on the chain subject, my bike started out as a 12 speed and was transformed into a 15 speed half-step plus granny. However, I believe they left the original (narrow) chain on it and it fits very neatly Between the outer two chainweels, which is no fun. Will a better chain help? Thanks. -- Spoken: John D.
