   I have read the Peaceable Kingdom, and Friends for 500 Years.  I was
told I should also read Chesapeake, for additional background on the
Quaker history.  Any more suggestions for such background (or current
literature)? I am particularly interested in books that I might find 
in a "secular" bookstore.
