Can anyone recommend good reference materials for
4.2bsd internals?  Even materials describing the
differences between 4.2 and V7 in some of the major
areas would do.  I need something to give UNIX
internals gurus who need to learn about 4.2?
I would like something other than the "self
documenting code".

I do have the 4.2 documents, but how do you tell someone
about 'namei', 'ino_xxxxx', the 'file' table?
