A: A few possible reasons, are: (BEFORE I go any further, 4 lines up should say New Mutants #20, not XM 186) . Storm, as "leader" of the Morlocks, can ask a fellow mutant (note the only difference between the x-mutants and the morlock-mutants, is that one has been trained as a super team, and the others are only scorned mutants), to heal a fellow mutant. But to ask a mutant who has been scorned and ridiculed by humanity (remember that's the reason the healer is a Morlock), to heal humanity, HA. HA. HA. No dice. .
