At the city limits of many towns is a sign that says "GREEN RIVER ORDINANCES
ENFORCED".  Would someone with accurate knowledge of these ordinances please
post a brief synopsis?  I know they deal with door-to-door solicitation but
would like a little more detail.  My interest is in determining if these
ordinances may also be applied to telephone solicitation.
