In Colorado, and I believe in most states, the phrase you want to use is
"Joint Tenants (or Tenancy) With Right of Survivorship" - you may see this
abbreviated JTWROS.

You want to cover not only bank accounts here, but the titles to important
things like your house and cars - anything significant enough to have a
title recorded on it.
