It's kinda expensive, but its well worth it(verrrry rich and creamy)!! 1 Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding 1 Cup Half And Half * Combine, In Very Large Bowl, And Set Aside Till Firm (Dosen'T Take Long) 1 3/4 Cup Sugar 4 Tbs Vanilla Dash Of Salt Juice Of 1/2 Lemon 1 Qt Half And Half 6 Large Eggs (Beaten) 1 Pt Whipping Cream * Whip Whipping Cream And Set Aside * USING WIRE WHIP, mix all ingredients into pudding mixture **************** V E R Y I M P O R T A N T **************** Mix well so that there are no lumps of cream floating around Options: Reduce Half and Half by 2 Cups and add 2 Cups of pureed fruit (I have tried Strawberries and peaches) Use dark chocolate fudge pudding mix (I haven't tried this but it is supposed to be great) Happy Freezing!!!!
