Yeah, and he also gave half of Europe to Stalin.  The '30's were the
era of the dictator: Mussolini in Italy, Hitler in Germany, Stalin in
Russia, and FDR in the U.S.  But then, it was probably inevitable.
Now, if FDR hadn't died in office, would he have gone for a 5th term?
