Since the cover should be down, this necessarily means the seat must be down too. No amount of logic is ever going to convince anyone of to switch sides in this mind-bogglingly important aspect of life, so I'll just indulge myself: You bozos who don't put the cover down are slobs! Or maybe just plain preverted -- what are you doing, watching it flush?
