 I read with appreciation T.C. Wheelers' explanation on a 
hosts legal obligations at a party regarding guests imbibing.

Check his  interpretation with an attourney before your next
party . Even though what he stated sounded sensible how many
Supreme Court(Fed and states) decisions have been sensible ????

  & 4 of Weak            [ 4*n ozs of Water ]


   I remember several days of drinking this when I don't remeber a thing !
