Lines: 12 [] 1)Bartenders ARE responsible. 2)You have to physically serve the booze, so you're fairly safe unless you are giving drinks to drunken guests. 3)Having a breathanalyzer IS an excellent idea. In fact, if police crack down on drunken driving (as they do in some European countries), you will be a very popular host if you give your guests a chance to avoid some time in prison. 4)Insurance against drunk liability won't work to protect you from going to prison (or you think that being accessory to murder should only carry a fine ?). js
