(Remember EiA -> minimal welfare). WRONG!! The problem drunk drivers is that they kill other people. Lots of other people. In fact, frequently ONLY other people--there's this nifty effect of being bombed which is that you're very sloppily relaxed, hence you tend to end up with fewer broken bones, etc. So, you get drunk, you drive, you kill a couple of people, you get depressed, you drink, and if you are still able to get near a car (that is, if you're not in the hoosegow) you drive ... S'no problem, we'll all be dead, L S Chabot UUCP: ...decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-amber!chabot ARPA: ...chabot%amber.DEC@decwrl.ARPA USFail: DEC, MR03-1/K20, 2 Iron Way, Marlborough, MA 01752
