Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no evidence to suggest that
homosexuality is an hereditary trait.  In fact, there is strong evidence
that suggests it is an adaptive reaction to crowding (studies done with rats
and observations of wild herd animals).  Of course, there are other, less
popular views as to its cause (St Paul in Romans 1).

| 2)  Ms. Baby factory should be sterilized after the second un-fathered baby.
|     This gives a chance for her to be warned and not to repeat her mistake.
|     The baby should not be allowed to die.  It was not his/her mistake or
|     choice and that may be a potentially usefull human there.

I have NEVER heard of an actual un-fathered baby.  Cloning has not yet been
successful on humans.  To address your real issue:  What business is it of
yours whether or not a woman wants to have a child and chooses not to
marry/reveal the father?  (NONE!)  Snide aside:  How many children do you
think you have?

| 3)  The butter knife is out for sex offenders.  My father always said a dull
|     spoon,  I prefer a club.  (My father's use was general for people who
|     did bad design jobs, not necessarily sex offenders).  Sex crimes are
|     almost always crimes of violence, not sex.  We need to treat them as
|     such.

Excessive.  Chemical means exist now, and work.  There is a chance that the
individual might get better.  (Note that most crimes of violence are the
result of sickness of mind/spirit.  Whether the illness is curable is
not always clear.)

| 4)  The death row penitents (not the usual usage of that word, but they are
|     in a penitentiary) should be allowed to appeal as long as the appeal is
|     based on guilt or innocence.  If it is on whether the death penalty is
|     in order, they should have thought of that before the crime!

See above.  Most death row criminals DID think of the penalties beforehand,
and didn't care.  The danger added thrills to the crime.  Sick.
