	I never thought guns were useful until I moved from the L.A. megalopolis
to the hills, whereupon I realise that even should I want the police present,
that it would take them a minimum half hour to arrive at my doorstep after I
*successfully* got a phone call through to them to which they *successfully*
responded (presuming the threat against which I summoned them had *not* already
cut the phone line).  I can't think of any crime which couldn't be perpetrated
successfully, and the burgler long gone by the time the police arrived.  One
has to decide whether one wishes to be at all times at the whim of any criminal
who arrives, or whether one has the balls to stand up for one's God-given, and
constitutionally guaranteed rights to protect oneself and one's loved ones from
death and/or destruction by some scumbag who's already been in and out of jail
a number of times, and who will NEVER have any trouble obtaining black market
guns.  If the life of your average street scumbag is worth more to you than
the health of your wife/daughter/son/husband/dog, then you always have the
option of NOT owning a gun.  He'p ya'se'f.  
	If you like gun control, move to some communist country where you aren't
allowed to possess a gun.  meanwhile, the US constitution guarantees the right
to KEEP AND BEAR arms, to every citizen of the US, even dummies like you.
and yes, even to dummies who don't have the common sense to keep their guns
away from their children, or to otherwise train their children about guns.
	Money and insurance are not the issue.  Illegal use of force against
law-abiding citizens is the reason for every citizen to own a gun.  Taking them
out of the hands of the average citizen will NOT, EVER, stop the burgler from
getting one on the black market.  The US government has NEVER been able to stop
the influx of alcohol (ref: U.S. Prohibition which didn't work), drugs, or guns
into this country, and never will.

	GUN CONTROL is the first step to a totally FASCIST POLICE STATE.

	You must REALLY love BIG BROTHER.
