A version of the on-line COCOMO model is available from Wang Institute of
Graduate Studies for $50.00 if you provide the tape, $70.00 if they provide the
tape.  It is available for VMS, UNIX 4.1, Primos, MS-DOS (Wang PC), MS-DOS
(IBM-PC), and AUX (Apollo).
