If you have a cursed ring that is normally good what does it
really do? For example, does a ring of protection [-1] still protect you
but not as good as a [+0]?  This would seem consistant with armor (banded
mail [-1] still offers you protection [6]). Or would the cursed ring of
protection actually make you weaker than not wearing it all?
