 Does anyone know if there is any way (besides a cure disease scroll),
 in Rogue Advanced Version 5.3, to cure a body rot or a parasitic
 infection. Why does the body rot kill you almost instantly ?



                             
 I was playing a great game. Plenty of food, a +4,+5 trident, and a
 wand of lighting and a wand of charging. Ogres, Rust Monsters, no
 problem! I was an eighth level magic-user (Obe Wan Kenobe) on level
 6 with such spells as : lighting bolt, fire, cold, magic missle.
 Then I was coming into a party room, and I see a violent fungie.
 What the hell is a violent fungi? It hits me, and I get the dreaded




                  "   BODY   ROT   "

 I am instantly killed, what is going on ?
