    I presume you use the three or four ring basket.  To get a taller
cage, I put an inverted cage on the first one and tie them with wire.
Looks something like this:
			   /   \
                          /     \             Inverted Top Cage
                         /       \ 
			 \       /
			  \     /              Bottom Cage
			   \   /
                      ------------------- Ground
