Does anyone out there know where I can get a copy of the following technical
report?

	"A VLSI Approach to Computer Image Generation" by D.  Cohen and S.
	Demetrescu, University of Southern California Information Sciences
	Institute, 1980

My librarian tells me that it is not available from the Institute.
