I have posted to net.sources a much revised termcap(4) [(5) for BSD]
manual entry.  It includes the new capabilities supported under
terminfo insofar as they can be applied to the termcap universe.
Obsolete entries such as the "bs" capability have been flagged as
such so that people can get their termcap-using programs converted.
The idea is to make the transition
	(old crufty termcap) -> (improved termcap) -> terminfo
as smooth as possible.  To this end, I recommend when one is creating
new terminal descriptions that he put the obsolete capabilities in the
description (to support the older programs) on a separate line (so they
can be removed when the programs are all converted).
