It is advertised as a ANSI standard compatible terminal and it appears to be such. It does have some glitches which they will tell you about if you ask. They are: Support of only one standout mode at a time. (chosen during setup) Non-support of the Double height, or double width features of the VT100. Other then that I haven't had any problems. One of the best features is the 14" screen. It only uses 1/4" margins and the larger letters make long terminal sessions much easier.
