A Member Technical Staff position within Bell Communications Research
requires immediate filling to help set an industry standard between
integrated digital loop carrier and digital switches.  Requirements
are a BSEE with 7 years experience or an MSEE, and a working knowledge
of hardware protocols.  For industry candidates, development experience
with digital loop carrier, digital switch, digital PBX or T-carrier
hardware is highly desirable.  You will interact with equipment vendors,
the Bell Operating Companies and standards bodies like ECSA and CCITT
to develop and promote a technical interface standard.  You will be
