additions to the mnemonic instructions:

	RST	rewind and stretch tape
	RDEB	read and drop an even number of bits (thereby preserving
		parity)
	SSD	seek and scratch disk
	WBB	write to the bit bucket
	RBB	(you guess)
	BLOW	write to bubble memory
	....	(skip that one)
