Just thought I would pass along a few pointers to those of you who may not have had 'the computer' schedule your classes, or those of you who have, but may have forgotten (therapy works wonders!). 1. If you are taking one course which is offered at only one time on a given day, and another which is offered at all times on that day, the second class will be arranged as to afford the maximum inconvenience to the student. For example, if you happen to work on campus, you will have 1-2 hours between those two classes. If you commute, the two classes will be scheduled at opposite ends of the day. 2. You will be scheduled for a class which meets in a building that no longer exists. 3. If you somehow have managed to get two classes scheduled consecutively, the second class will be across campus, on the top floor, of a building that has no elevators. 4. There is a direct, and exponential relationship between the course number, and the price of the book. There is, however, an inverse relationship between the price of the book, and the usefulness thereof. 5. The class has no relationship to the building in which it is held. Computer Science courses will be held in the Biology building, and Psychology in the Electrical Engineering Building. The building in which the final is held has no relationship to any of the above. Happy Fall semester!! Laurie pucc-k:afo
