It seems that the New Yorkers were worried about the polution from the Concord and were thinking of banning it from the local airports. The cartoon showed three pictures: 1. Concord flying with a little puff of polution behind it. 2. New York's skyline filled with polution. 3. Both of the above superimposed. The caption read: Concord--oui, New York--non!
