When running a large program in franzlisp under 4.2BSD, something
causes the priority of the process to be lowered.  I noticed that
a large lisp program was being set to "nice 4" repeatedly, without
my doing anything.

Is this a "feature" of franzlisp, and if so, can anyone tell me which
files it is implemented in?
