What I would like to know is what (legal) rights do employees have to gain access of any kind to their *own* files in the personnel department of the company they are working for ? I don't want to start a discussion on what rights an employee should have but just factual info on the current state of the law. Having said that, there may not be any laws at all regarding this subject, that's what I'm trying to find out. I should mention that I'm mostly concerned with the law as it stands in Canada, however I would be more than happy to here info on the law in other countries. Please respond via mail or feel free to post to the net if you feel it warrants it. thanks in advance, cheers, Scott Pace, Micom Co., Montreal philabs!micomvax!othervax!pace
