It ought to be enough to recognize the sanctity of the box. But I was bemused by the list of companies that do not charge for every interface item in the house: gas company phone company water ... etc ... These companies charge for USE of what they provide. By all means let's switch to this method for CATV; I know my family will come out ahead! Let's just charge for each picture frame sent to each TV set in the house.
